Materials
- Chloroquine. Sigma catalog# C6628-25G
Protocol
- Dissolve 0.129g in 10 mL of sterile ddH2O
- Filter sterilize through a 0.22 um filter
- Aliquot to 50 uL in tissue culture freezer
- Discard thawed aliquots after ~ 2 months.
