- Coverslips (25CIRCLE 1.5cm)
- 1N HCl (make fresh)
Protocol
- Wash coverslips overnight in 1N HCl
- Rinse extensively with water
- Wash overnight with water
- Autoclave in between two pieces of whatman paper and keep sterile
