FRET Calculator Usage
ImageJ
- Load images with File->Import->Import Sequence and select desired images (ie Ea_z) under enter pattern.
- Pseudocolor by clicking LUT (on the toolbar) and selecting 16 colors
- Save AVI by doing File->Save As->AVI...
