Hi Dave,

Here is our protocol for dexamethasone treatment on mice. We sometime used 0.5 mg/kg in drinking water as well. Usually, for short-term treatment (1-4 day) we use injection and for long-term treatment (7 or longer than 7 days) we add dexamethasone in drinking water. Of course, you can also use other methods you find in the paper.
