According to several sources. Should optimize both NCS/FBS and the 2-me concentraction
- High Glucose DMEM (25 mM)
- 15% NCS (75 mL NCS, or 1/5 tubes in 500 mL)
- PSG 5 mL of 100X in 500 mL
- 200 uM 2-mercaptoethanol (7 uL of a 14.3M stock)
Passaging
- Record passage number
- Split 1:6 as cells like to grow together
