RECONSTRUCTION AND USE

Color variation may occur between frozen and thawed vials. Variation does not affect product efficacy, and will disappear upon equilibration with 5% Carbon dioxide.

1. Thaw on ice in the back of a 4°C refrigerator, overnight.

2. Once thawed, swirl to ensure even distribution.

3. Keep on ice at all times-incuding while aliquoting.

4. Handle with STERILE technique. Place vial in sterile area, spray top with 70% EtOH and air dry.

5. Divide into 100 uL aliquots in 1.5mL Eppendorf tubes.

  • Pre-cool pipette tips.
  • Change tips whenever Matrigel is clogging the tip and/or causing the pipette to aspirate inaccurately.
