Growth Media

According to several sources. Should optimize both NCS/FBS and the 2-me concentraction

  • High Glucose DMEM (25 mM)
  • 15% NCS (75 mL NCS, or 1/5 tubes in 500 mL)
  • PSG 5 mL of 100X in 500 mL
  • 200 uM 2-mercaptoethanol (7 uL of a 14.3M stock)


Passaging

  • Record passage number
  • Split 1:6 as cells like to grow together
